We want you to love your Rick Springfield official merchandise, but if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that autographed memorabilia and digital media are final sale and cannot be returned.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
